General Information

5 game Guarantee

2 hour games for Female U18 division with a clean after the 10 minute mark of the 2nd period
90 minute games for 2010 AA, 2011 AA, and Female 2009 divisions
All other divisions play 75 minute games

Games played at Richmond Ice Center, Richmond Olympic Oval, Planet Ice Delta, or UBC.
Hitting allowed in 2010 AA and 2011 AA; all other divisions are no-hitting

None of the above teams will  participate in the Pizza Shootouts.

As always we will be holding our ever popular 5 puck Shootout for the following divisions;

$50 discount per team when registering multiple teams in the same transaction for the same club. To get this discount you must register all teams at the same time and in the same cart. 

Hotels
Stay & Play Policy:

In order to be considered for acceptance into the tournament, out-of-town** teams are required to block their rooms with our Hotel Partners via the EventConnect platform, which will assist teams with personal reservation service and provides all teams with a one-stop-shop reservation process, ensuring all teams have quality hotel accommodations and eliminating the last-minute search for hotel rooms. Please note:

- hotels are first come first serve

- preferred rates and inventory have already been setup for registered team. Please do not book with the hotels directly, to avoid booking outside of the negotiated rates

Host Hotels can be accessed and reserved once registered, via your team dashboard.

**Out-of-town is defined as travel-distance of 90km to the rink.

Additional Info
Games will start as early as 8:00 AM to as late as 9:00 PM. All teams must be available to play anytime from Friday to Sunday (championship games will be completed by Sunday 6:30 PM). Local teams may have games scheduled Thursday evening. Subject to change as may be required.
